Account Security

Every account is protected by two-factor authentication at login. Your password is stored using one-way hashing, and all data in transit between your device and our servers is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher at all times.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records are kept for seven years to meet financial-reporting obligations. Profile data is retained for as long as your account is active and deleted within 90 days of a verified account-closure request, subject to any statutory hold periods.

Your Right to Access

You may request a full export of the personal data we hold on you at any time by writing to our legal inbox. We will deliver a structured data file to your registered email address within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

Dispute and Escalation Path

If a dispute cannot be resolved through account support, you may escalate in writing to our legal team. We follow a structured escalation process — internal review first, then referral to the applicable dispute-resolution body if no resolution is reached within 15 business days.

Your account is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction under which kheloyaar360 operates. Access is available where local law in India permits. The governing law and dispute forum are specified in full in the terms-and-conditions document linked at the foot of this page.

Yes. Write to our legal inbox with your account ID and a deletion request. We will close your account and erase profile data within 90 days, subject to any mandatory retention periods under applicable financial or regulatory law that may require us to keep transaction records longer.

Payment identifiers are transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections and are never stored on our servers in plain text. UPI and PhonePe transactions are processed via PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors; we receive only a masked reference, not your full payment credentials.

We send an email to your registered address at least seven days before any material change takes effect. The email summarises what has changed. Continuing to use your account after the notice period means you accept the updated terms; you may close your account before that date if you do not agree.

Start by contacting account support via chat, which operates around the clock. If that does not resolve your concern, submit a written complaint to our legal inbox. We will acknowledge within one business day and escalate unresolved matters to the applicable dispute-resolution body after 15 business days.

We share data only with identity-verification providers, payment processors such as Paytm, and regulatory authorities when required by law. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. All third-party processors are bound by data-processing agreements that restrict how they may use your information.
